LA Fashion Week
Last night I got to be a part of LA Fashion Week – the show took place at Siren Studios in the heart of Hollywood. I worked on 6 girls who modeled for 2 different lines. Below is my take on the makeup looks the designers wanted.

Bollywood meets Hollywood
Last night I got to be a part of a Bollywood meets Hollywood fundraising event. It was a night of fun and craziness – too bad I couldn’t stay for the whole thing. The bf’s parents are in town and we had a birthday dinner for his dad last night – so I had to jet out of the event as soon as I finished. Worked on 6 girls in 3 hours – not bad considering the details!

holiday date @ yamashiro
My la bff, Maria, invited me as her date to her company Christmas party — boy did we have a good time! It was held at Yamashiro restaurant in Hollywood Hills – the view was beyond fantastic. Even though it was rainy (which is rare in la) we were still able to enjoy the view. We had a private room and our own bar! Towards the end of the night, they were making us “work” to win $100 gift card to Frys — Maria and I ended up getting in front of everyone and singing “The Eyes of Texas” and had everyone throw up their horns!
i <3 me day
Had an “I LOVE ME” day – drove around this big ole city with a goal in mind! I wanted to check out some of the makeup stores that my friends have recommended — because I wanted to add some things that I needed to my makeup kit. I have soooo many products and I really need to organize them more. I’m pretty good at keeping my things clean and in order, but you can always organize it more, you know?
So after spending time in Studio City/Burbank and stopping by the mall (which I discovered by accident), I came home with some makeup goodies, 4 headbands, and 2 tops! I came home and stayed up until 6:30am working on organizing my shadows, depotting, mixing and pressing my pigments. I felt like a mad scientist!
