face covers

You ever go to try on clothes or want to buy something and you find someone else’s lipstick mark or powder or something that should have stayed on their face, but didn’t? The HORROR!

Well of course – the Japanese have figured out a great solution to this problem – FACE COVERS! Some (small) shops won’t even let you try on shirts or anything that goes over your head in fear of your makeup smearing off onto it. Other shops (bigger ones) though, provide these awesome face covers that you wear to protect their clothes (as well as your makeup). All you do is slip this bad boy on over your face prior to trying on the clothes – and viola – NO MESS!

They’re happy, you’re happy, and those who try on clothes after you are happy… why do they not have this in the US?

the texture of the face cover has a similar feel to that of a dryer sheet. the front part covers your whole face/neck and the back just had a small piece to ensure that it stays on your head.

aaah yes, face covers. Yes, it’s a pain to wear, but much better than getting stuff on clothes
