Here is a holiday look I tried out today – I photographed what I used and all the steps I took in creating this look in as much detail as I could. I know you might think it’s hard to pull off red eyeshadow, but I did this to show that YOU CAN! =)

* Apply “My UV Guard” Sunscreen (Banila Co.) all over face – with fingers

*Dab BB Cream Skin Defense Magic Balm (Beau-Temps) all over face – with fingers then blend with Beauty Blender

* Conceal all spots left over with pro concealer 7YR (Shu Uemura) – with Stila #2 brush

* Draw in eyebrows with colorful duo N 05 (Sephora) – with NYX browb b18 brush

(shown here is eyeshadow without blending)
* Place eyeshadow (NYX: Cherry) all over lid up to the middle of eye and brow – with ELF eyeshadow brush
Blend with Stila #9 brush
* Put eyeshadow (NYX: Rust) on crease with essence of beauty crease brush
* Blend together with MAC #217 brush

* Highlight brow (Prestige: Angel) – with Loew Cornell 270 Maxines Mop

(before)                                                                                 (after)
* Hightlight inner corner of eyes with Tony Moly Multi Pencil stick in White Snow
* Put on black eyeliner on top and bottom eyelash line (NYC Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil)
* Smudge bottom eyeliner with ELF Smudge Eye Sponge
* Curl lashes with Maquillage eye curler
* Put mascara on eyelashes with Avon wash-off waterproof mascara in black

* Place Celeblous Gelina Cheek in Naked Skin on apple of cheeks with mark.blush and bronzer brush
* Line lips with Sephora Native Nude lipliner
* Add Laura Mercier lipgloss in Pink Diamond
* Even it out with HIP lip brush

Hey girl… you’re rockin’ the reds! Warm tones like browns and reds don’t look good on me at all.. makes me look like my eyes are swollen!
